Canon FS 10. It is light-weighted, easy to carry around. Love it for it's no nonsense use. This camera could not be any easier to use that all the previous camcorders I've used (Hi8 and DVD). Picture quality is a serious issue. Good camera & features: v small, silent, good battery life and quick to start. Very nice, recommended buy. My first camcorder. Impressed so far. I purchased this camcorder as a refurb. It works with a mac! It works with my macbook! Best Buy. It's a great camera for the price, less than $350. DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC. I bought this camcorder and took dozens of videos of my newborn.
Excellent camcorder for the money! Don't be fooled by some of these other reviews. Good BUT Not Great. I am a very big fan of Canon products. FS10 is very good for the $$$ I was able to buy the Canon FS10 for $188. An Amazing Product. This is truly an amazing camera. Ok camera, misleading description. I was in the market for a small portable camera with a good quality picture. Fashion and simple. I like this camcorder. Great solid state camera. This is exactly what we were looking for. Can't beat it for the price! Easy to use right out of box. Almost perfect. Function, picture/video quality, easiness to use, this camcorder is almost perfect. Cannon FS10. I found the Cannon FS10 video camera a difficult transition from VHS or Cassette cameras.

I found this cam due to reviews by 2 other buyer. The only problems is at the night time! Great camera i like this because they come with Mic input,this good for audio recording and also i bought the DW-100 the Canon dvd burner easy to burner just plug n play burners fast and good quality video,but the only problem is at night time the video quality is not that good. Technology has come a LONG way. Bought this for my husband who races a sport's car. Not overall satisfied. LED and Software & .MOD fies. The camara size is great and easy of use and functionality, led flash is not that great and when recording at dark or night image is not clear due tu led flash small light. My Experiences With the Canon FS10, Mac w/iMovie 08, and DW-100 stand alone burner are Great. I did lots of research, and am happy I chose this one. Listen to me: don't bye, keep looking. The recording is fine but the software to register the recording to the computer is incredibly stupid and useless. Awesome Value!! This camera is light as a feather! New videocam. We are expecting our first grandchild in March 2009.
Totally Satisfactory for My Needs. I bought this as a replacement for my Sony MiniDV camcorder. Christmas Gift. I can't comment on this product as it was a gift for a family member. Great Camera - Bad software and video codec. I like the size of the camera, fits nicely in my hand. Practical and versatile. Seems to do what I expected--everyday videography, classroom observations, concert archiving. Wonderful camera. I ordered my camera just before I left for France. Best ever for this price. This product is so amazing, the price is very cheap and have all the features. Little Camcorder with Big Features. This is simply an awesome camcorder. Amazing. this is more than just value for money. Can it get any better ? Upon opening the box, I was amazed by the FS10! Love this camcorder! This is very simple to use and transfer to your computer.
Love the camera, but has some background clicking I love the camera, have used it for a variety of things like shooting in snow, and playing tennis, also I love the camera light, it's small, but gets the job done. I'm impressed! First of all let me state that i spent 2 weeks researching camcorders before buying this one. Great product. Finally a digital camcorder that won't break your bank but is not skimping on the features. Works great for classroom observations. This camcorder is small, easy to use, has a lot of memory, even without an extra memory card (although I like having that option). Great portability!!! I've had my Canon FS10 now for 2 years and have not had anything go wrong and I use it for video editing projects I do. The best camera on the market. What a great product. Best basic home movie camcorder out there today. I get abused by my wife for over-analyzing every purchase, but after playing around with this camera a little, I've earned a stay of execution.
